This is one great pizza restaurant in Staten Island. The margarita can only be described as perfect. The wait staff is always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant
I've been going there for 20 years and with the uncaring staff at the counter and my recent experience. I will never return! One of the owners tried to pass off a calzone that was sitting and to make matters worse, he was cutting it open with a tongue depressor stick at floor level so that he can stuff it with chicken after the fact because my order wasn't made, when I called it in. This is wrong on so many levels not to mention it's not sanitary! SI has many other pizzerias where the service is better. Horrible customer service. They get a big ZERO! I'm sure the founder would never treat a customer this way!
Great thin crust pizza. Sauce is absolutely delicious. Combination scungeli and calamari with pasta cannot get anywhere other than this location. Sauce is the best tasting I've ever had. Good service nice casual restaurant.
Excellent food, great people, and the pizza is one of the best on staten island. Back room for sit down food with fiends and family.
Everything about Ciros is fantastic I highly recommend it
Good pizza and pasta
Worst pizza on Staten Island Frozen pizza is better places horrible they use fake clams for their clam pizza. And they U sautued Onions on the pizza don't go do you suffer favor by frozen pizza I
Slammin
For a pie on a Monday or Tuesday if you pay cash $11 is fine. Same size pie next day is $17 and the pie is small. It's not worth it to go there when the pizza isn't discounted. There's many other pizzerias in the area and if you pay $17 for a plain pie, you'll get one at a decent size. I also dislike delivery fees. I find that to be in poor taste.
I've been to this restaurant a number of times over the years. I have never had a bad meal here. Their thin crust pizza is excellent. I have also had their hot heroes. The hot sandwiches are stuff full of meat. They do not skimp on their dishes. Prices are reasonable and the service is very friendly, attentive and fast. They are popular in the community and with NYC Tranist employees.I don't get here very often because they are not close to my job for lunch or dinner and they are not on my commuting route.
First off I want to say that their thin crust pizza is really good.. I like their sauce as well it tastes homemade for sure.. tonight I said let me try the chicken parmigiana entree because if the pizza is good then the parm has to be even better.. Well I was very wrong.. first off let’s take some time to discuss the price..$21?!! That to me was a good April fools joke, only to realize it’s july so it can’t be that.. so I said maybe it’s actually a really good plate.. That was THE WORST plate of food I’ve ever had.. I wouldn’t even give this to a homeless person that hasn’t eaten in 5 years.. that plate was missing the following.. salt, pepper,GARLIC!!! And.... more salt and pepper.. And I paid $21!!!!! I’m sorry but i really hope this plate can cure diseases and was blessed by Jesus himself.. only then I’ll pay $21... That plate should be .50!! So again I love the pizza but can someone get the chef some cooking lesson and tell him not to price dog food for $21.. Thanks!
Great thin crust pizza family size entrees great staff
Crispy thin
The pizza was not good. I had a really bad stomach ache all day. The quality of the cheese and sauce are terrible. I have had better $1 pizza in the city. Pizza parlor not to far away has better tasting pizza because they don’t cheap out on ingredients. This is my opinion I just moved around here and I have been tasting the different restaurants. Perhaps I have been spoiled by Brooklyn but hey, what can I do?
The pizza is amazing the crust is perfectly baked.
Best pizza on the south Shore
Great thin slice pizza. One of the best pizzas on Staten Island and the whole city.
As other reviews have made clear, service is horrific.
Decent slice of pizza. I personally think it was better a few years back.
Never had a bad meal here. Service is always good. No complaints. The counter is small and it can get busy on weekends. Not the cheapest but worth the money. star
Always a pleasure to eat here.
Food is excellent!!!!!!......The Pesto pizza is amazing! Be patient though as the service can be slow....waited 45 minutes for a take out order. Delivery service seems to take precedence over in house? Maybe just an off day so the 4 star rating for food quality stands. Price is in line with higher quality pizza shops I’ve been to.
Quality food, awesome pepperoni
Pretty interesting Italian place. Well known for their pizza and “Hero” sandwiches. Definitely good food. Only gripe is that the menu is a little vague. Not much description. I imagined an entirely different sandwich than what I got. But it was still good.
The pizza I’d give 10 stars if i could. literally my favorite pizza in NY. The actual restaurant is pretty good but not close to the quality of the pie.
Loved the pepperoni pizza. The best cheese cake ever.
Pizza sauce is good. Buffalo wings is better than other places.
The services were fine but the sausage and peppers were not good. The meat didn't taste like sausage. I was very disappointed.
One of the best pizzas in the town, thin crust with an outstanding flavor. The heros are perfectly executed and taste amazing. The delivery driver is also a nice guy, always brings a treat for my dogs.
My favorite Italian place on an island full of good Italian restaurants. The food really stands out, especially the fried calamari. Pizza is good here too.
Great pizza would have given it 5 stars but girls at front counter treat u like they are doing u a big favor.
Ciros has great pizza. They are the same owners as Joe and Pats on victory blvd. Food is great and so are the owners. Mike the manager is a very hard worker and nice guy also.
Ciro's is absolutely the Bestest Thin Crust Pizza around!!! But even better is their service and delivery. They always give you an hour or so window for delivery, within less than 20 minutes, they were at my door tonight! Thank you Ciro's for always being so prompt and providing the quality that you do!!!
Bests pizza just like joe & pats molo'sPier 76 Ruby Rose nyc greatest pizza ever
Big fan of thin crusted pizza ! This Is the go to place ,great fresh ingredients pizza cooked to perfection
This place has lost it's shine. When the kitchen starts to use pre-minced garlic from a jar in the scungilli in marinara and a side of pasta has a tomato paste sauce. Well, what can I say, especially at those prices. Still like their pizza but pricey for what you get.Nov/2018 Update .... Use to get their Italian hero. It WAS really great. For $14 this is what I got today, see pic. That's it for me. Over and OUT! SAD ..........
They are prejudice people that own and run the place can be rude if they even speak and pizza is lacking considering the high price they charge. Any other pizza place is worth your hard earned money
Ciro’s has and still is my favorite pizza in Staten Island! The food is always good and the delivery man even brought a bone for my dog when delivering! The best. Thank you for giving us something to look forward to during quarantine.
Amazing pizza every time & service was perfect thank you !
Second best pizza place on Staten Island next to Joe and Pat’s although they used to be part of Joe and Pat’s now they have their own pizzeria and it’s delicious service is amazing
AMAZING PIZZA! I’d have to say this is definitely one of the best pizza spots on Staten Island by far! Sometimes I get penne pasta but I love their pizza above everything! The staff is always nice, especiallyCiro himself!
In my opinion..the BEST damn pizza and Italian food on this island!!
I’ve been going here since they opened and have loved it since it’s opening... recently my opinion has changed because they have changed. The pizza is still great but the service is dead. The woman at the cash register seemed dead inside, not even a hello. Just “what do you want, $16.95, it’s ready.” No hello, no enjoy your day. Call me old school but service should be with a smile, not a grimace.Lastly, additional 3.95% for credit cards... it’s 2019. Why?! Sad to say I will not be going here anymore. This is NYC and good pizza isn’t that hard to come by but I’m leaving because of the bad service. Goodbye Ciro’s
Order was incorrect, pizza was reheated and not fresh and tasted like brittle.
Delicious pizza place
I had a plain slice and a white slice. Both had a well made thin crust that was capable of being folded and support the weight of the pizza without falling apart. The cheese and sauce tasted to be of good quality.
I’m a regular at Ciro’s, and the pizza is generally very good, but tonight was just really disappointing. Ordered two sandwiches for pickup, was told 20 mins. I waited almost an hour outside. Completely disorganized - I had to give my name to them three times. They never gave me an update. I’ve been coming here multiple times per week for the last two years. Ridiculous. Then I got the sandwiches, brought it home, and they got the order wrong! Unacceptable. Ciro’s, please do better.
The pizza is great probably the best Staten Island pizza. A little over priced but is fine. Delivery service is awesome the staff is nice and always make you tell welcomed. Just is a little empty most of the time. Recommended
Good food friendly place
Absolutely awesome sandwiches. You can’t beat the Sicilian either. Great place to try while you are on Staten Island.
